Return, Exchange and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Indicare! We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, we are here to assist you.
Returns
We take severe measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that the item may be damaged during transit.
Please do not accept the delivery of any item from the courier/delivery person, if you feel that the outer packaging is damaged / tampered with. Please mail or call our team for replacement, immediately.
- Product has Manufacturing Defect?
Please make a video while unpacking the product, so that in case of any manufacturing defect, the video can be shared with us.
- Received a Wrong Product?
Please let us know within 7 days so we can ship the correct product to you.
- Want to cancel your order?
To cancel an order please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. If your order has not been shipped yet, we will immediately process the refund for your order.
- Timeline for Return or Exchange?
You have a period of 7 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return / exchange, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.
- Want to Exchange for a different Size or Color?
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please contact our customer support team within 7 days. Product cannot be exchanged more than once.
- Any Item Not Eligible for Return or Exchange?
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for customized and embroidery items. These items are made specifically to your specifications and cannot be resold.
Additionally, our products are handmade and undergo various manufacturing and handling processes. As a result, there may be slight variations in color, finish, and overall appearance. The colors displayed on our website are subject to the accuracy of your screen, and ultra-fine variations should be acknowledged.
Please be aware that there may be a 10-15% color difference due to variations in screen resolution and camera lighting. Therefore, we kindly request that you do not expect an exchange or return based solely on these slight color differences.
Return Request Submission
- You can submit your request for exchange or return within 1 week from the date of delivery.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team.
- Provide your order details, including the order number, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
Shipping for Return & Exchange
- After approving your request our Logistic partner will pick up the product within 7 business days.
- No shipping charges will be deducted in case of exchange or if the return is due to error from our end.
- A flat 50/- shipping charge will be deducted from your refund in all other cases.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If our reverse pickup service is not accessible in your area, we kindly ask that you return the item yourself using any reputable courier service.
Inspection & Refunds
- Once your item arrives at our warehouse, it is inspected for quality. If the returned item is found to be in its original condition and meets our quality standards, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment or any method of your choice.
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. The total turnaround time from pickup to refund can vary from 14-20 business days.
- If the returned item is not in its original condition or does not meet our quality standards, we reserve the right to reject the refund request. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss the available options.
